In April of last year, he officially declared his acting career, but Jeon Chang-ha focused on honing his fundamental skills. He didn't neglect his activities as a creator either, as he believed that his work as a creator could positively influence his future endeavors as an actor. He expressed his goal for 2024 as capturing both aspects successfully.

"I pondered for quite a while whether I should choose one between being an actor and a creator. Being someone who pursues perfection, I used to think that if I were to be an actor, I had to be a flawless 'perfect actor.' However, my perspective has changed now. I, who just stepped into acting, admit that I can't be perfect yet and aim to show the best of what I can do."

Last fall, he had the honor of being selected as a global ambassador for the Madrid Tourism Board along with actors Jo Yeo-jeong and Kim Ju-ryoung. Serving as a promotional ambassador for Madrid, he has been creating content to showcase the luxurious charm of Madrid, covering beauty, cuisine, and culture.

"I was excited to stand alongside senior actors for the promotional role, and I was quite nervous too. We shot short-form videos in Madrid, and the scenes of us taking care of the staff and concentrating in front of multiple cameras were truly impressive."

He is exploring the joy of expressing entirely different emotions with a single expression or gesture and portraying someone completely different through acting. He has also discovered new aspects of himself that he wasn't aware of before. Through acting, he realized that he couldn't look into the eyes of the person he was conversing with.

"In middle school, I was teased a lot for being slightly chubby compared to others. I think that's when I unconsciously developed a fear of looking into the eyes of others. Through acting, I'm becoming more accustomed to making eye contact and expressing emotions. Through such exercises, I feel that I am maturing as a person."

With his sculpted appearance and exceptional proportions, Jeon Chang-ha captivates attention as a 'flower boy.' However, his hobby involves sweating profusely through intense workouts. He enjoys boxing and climbing, consistently incorporating weight training into his routine to maintain good health. Jeon Chang-ha expressed his desire to showcase his presence in film noir and action movies someday.

"My sense of exercise is not bad. Haha. I've tried various exercises, and my body balance is quite good. When you're alone and lonely, many distractions can arise, but through exercise, I shake off those thoughts. They say a healthy body houses a healthy mind. I want to show my rough and tough side."

He summarized 2023 as 'standing on the starting line as an actor.' He shared his wandering journey of choosing between being a creator and an actor, and the considerable effort he put into learning the basics of acting. Looking ahead to the new year, he expressed his intention to actively engage in acting activities wherever he can showcase Jeon Chang-ha, not just challenging numerous auditions.

"It's still embarrassing to be called an actor. In the short term, I want to become someone who fits the title 'actor Jeon Chang-ha.' In the new year, I will work hard so that when people hear 'Jeon Chang-ha,' they can think, 'Oh, the actor?' As I challenged to become an actor from a creator, I will continue to take on challenges and become a constantly new person."
